HOMEOPATHY HITS GLOBAL E-WAVES
In time for World Homeopathy Awareness Week, New Internet Talk Radio Show, "Inner Health through Homeopathy" addresses the mysteries, answers the skeptics, and demonstrates how homeopathy works.
PHOENIX - It's the first of its kind; an internet radio broadcast dedicated to healing through homeopathy. "Inner Health Through Homeopathy" is a weekly Internet radio discussion about this holistic approach to healthcare that treats the entire body instead of a specific ailment.
The philosophy of homeopathy tells us that our symptoms are not good or bad, not something to suppress or hide, but merely guideposts to let us know there is something out of balance in our total organism. Our symptoms provide us with a sign that we need to look at something in our lives.
A homeopathic remedy works by stimulating your body's ability to heal itself. Remedies are not meant to suppress, block, or aggressively eliminate symptoms. They work gently to move, change, and finally eliminate your symptoms altogether, and bringing your body into a state of balance and wellness.
Each week, hosts Melissa Burch, CCH, and Dr. Tim Stryker, MD, explore the homeopathic understanding of health and disease through intimate portrayals of diverse medical conditions and their respective homeopathic treatments. How does homeopathy work? Why does such a tiny dose of remedy work? What's lacking in conventional treatment? Why is homeopathic pediatric care becoming popular?
To premier "Inner Health Through Homeopathy", Burch will feature guest Kathy Newman. Newman's dog had a skin condition and food allergies. She took her dog to a homeopathic veterinarian and was amazed at how gentle the treatment was-and how quickly it took effect. She was so impressed that she sought a homeopathic doctor for her 18 year-old son, David, who was suffering from chronic headaches, congestion, and sleep problems. Now, five of Kathy's seven children are being successfully treated for everything from anxiety and asthma to ear infections and allergies. Meet Kathy and hear her story on Wednesday, April 11.

ABOUT Melissa Burch: Melissa Burch , CCH , practices and teaches the "Sensation Method," a unique combination of classical and modern homeopathic methods. She is a graduate of the School of Homeopathy New York (directed by Joanne Daly), and the New York School of Homeopathy (directed by Robert Stewart). Ms. Burch worked with Dr. Nandita Shah at the Quiet Healing Center in South India where she studied with the Bombay Group led by Dr. Rajan Sankaran. She currently practices in the Boston area where she treats a wide range of clients, from newborns to the elderly.
ABOUT Tim Stryker, MD: Tim Stryker, MD, DHHP , received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He was awarded a fellowship in Endocrinology at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston . He also served as Chief of Medicine at the New England Memorial Hospital . Dr. Stryker is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
