Wellness, Wholeness and Wisdom - with Parthenia S. Izzard to Feature Oscar Winning Actor and New York Times Bestselling Author Sidney Poitier as a Guest June 9th
PHOENIX - Parthenia S. Izzard, the founder and President of Alternative Medicine Therapies, has just signed on for an annual contract to simulcast her own live talk radio show, " Wellness, Wholeness & Wisdom" on VoiceAmerica's, 7 th Wave Network.
On June 9 th , during this special anniversary episode, Parthenia revisits the Words of Wisdom from past guests such as, James Redfield, Collette Baron-Reid, Bishop Bernard Jordan, and Antonio "Huggy Bear" Fargas.

Sidney Poitier was to Hollywood what Jackie Robinson was to major league baseball: simply put, the man who broke the color barrier. An actor, director, and producer, he forever altered the racial perceptions long held by both motion picture audiences and executives, rising to superstar status in an industry forever dominated on both sides of the camera by whites while becoming the first African-American ever to take home an Oscar for Best Actor. He has also written two autobiographical books: This Life (1980) and The Measure of a Man: A Spiritual Autobiography (2000), which was an Oprah's Book Club pick in 2007.
