Fran Stewart

Fran Stewart fell in love with mysteries at an early age. An award-winning mystery writer and member of the National League of American Pen Women, the Atlanta Writers Club, and Sisters in Crime, Fran conveys her indomitable spirit, warmth, and humor in her writing, along with a discussion of specific social disorders. Her books are about much more than the story. The people and events in her life lend form and structure to the plot and characters and serve as a voice for communicating life’s many lessons. Experience Fran’s passion for people as she interviews exciting authors of our time.

Mystery Matters: Where Murder is an Open Book

Do you love a good mystery? Come behind the scenes with Fran Stewart on Mystery Matters as she interviews your favorite mystery writers. Suspense thrillers, private eyes, cooking mysteries, amateur sleuths, forensics, dog & cat mysteries – Fran’s guests come from all the mystery categories. Each week Mystery Matters discusses the elements of good mystery, exploring how authors weave clues together to form their intricate puzzles. Not only will listeners hear the secrets of the fictional story, but they’ll also learn about the real story behind the novel. Join Fran Stewart on VoiceAmerica each Friday at 10 AM Eastern / 7 AM Pacific for Mystery Matters, where Murder is an Open Book.
